A baby fox is called a kit, cub, or pup. They are born in litters of 4-6 pups, which are blind and deaf at birth. The mother fox, called a vixen, takes care of the pups in a den until they are old enough to venture out on their own. Baby foxes have fluffy fur, big ears, and playful personalities. They learn essential skills such as hunting and communication from their parents and siblings. As they grow older, they become more independent and eventually leave their family to establish their territory and find a mate.
